This ServAssure Dealer installation is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of twenty-four months from the date of original installation. A quality replacement part will be provided and installed without charge by the ServAssure Dealer. This guarantee applies only to the product in its original customer / installation location and is
voided if product is reinstalled elsewhere.
This guarantee includes ALL LABOR incurred for diagnosing, repairing, removing, installing, shipping, servicing or handling of either defective parts or replacement parts.
This ServAssure Dealer Guarantee assures the customer’s COMPLETE SATISFACTION as agreed upon in the sales proposal, which has been signed by both the homeowner and the ServAssure Dealer, or the customer will receive a full refund.
In the unlikely event that the customer is not satisfied with the ServAssure Dealer installation, the ServAssure Dealer will have every opportunity to make amends. If all attempts by the ServAssure Dealer to make amends have been ineffective, the customer can notify the ServAssure Dealer Governing Board. The Governing Board will review the installation and make recommendations to correct the installation, or recommend the customer have their money refunded and the installation removed.

Our ServAssure Dealer will NOT be responsible for:
- Normal maintenance as outlined in the installation and servicing instructions or owner’s manual, including filter cleaning and/or replacement and lubrication or any failure resulting from lack of maintenance.
- Failure to start due to voltage conditions, blown fuses, open circuit breakers or other damages due to the inadequacy or interruption of electrical service.
- Damage due to freezing or condensing water, inadequate or interrupted water supply, use of corrosive water or rearrangement of the plumbing system.
- Failure resulting from use of improper fuel.
- Damage or repairs needed as a consequence of natural disasters, misapplication, abuse, improper servicing, unauthorized alteration or improper operation.
- Parts not supplied or designated by the ServAssure Dealer.
- Electricity or fuel costs or increases in said fuel costs for any reason whatsoever, including additional or unusual use of supplemental electric heat.
- Any problems due to service work or system modifications performed by someone other than a ServAssure Dealer.
- All implied guarantees (including implied guarantees of merchantability) are hereby limited in duration to the period for which the limited guarantee is given. The expressed guarantees are exclusive and may not be altered, enlarged or changed by any person whatsoever. All non-emergency work under the terms of this guarantee shall be performed during normal working hours. All replacement parts assume as their guaranetee period only the remaining time period of this guarantee.
